While the SDGs are a global framework, each country, including the United States, adapts them to its specific context and priorities. In the U.S., efforts to achieve the SDGs are integrated into various policies, programs, and initiatives at the federal, state,
and local levels. These efforts include promoting economic growth that is inclusive and sustainable, advancing gender equality, ensuring access to quality education and healthcare, and taking action to combat climate change and protect the environment. Through collaborative partnerships between government, civil society, and the private sector, the U.S. aims to make progress towards the SDGs and create a more equitable and sustainable world for all.
